Plug the C Recorder into OBDII connector. Allow the customer drive the vehicle until the problem re-occurs. (common practice is to take a refundable deposit from your customer as security). When the problem re-occurs the C Recorder will capture the data, at this stage have the customer return to you at the earliest time of convenience.
